At Last Bucks, an order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Below you will find all conditions and instructions.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Only unworn, unwashed and undamaged items are eligible.
• Labels and (price) tags must still be attached.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

After registration, you will receive the instructions and can send your return shipment.

Costs
The shipping costs for returning are always at the customer’s expense, unless agreed otherwise.

Refund
After receipt and processing of your return (maximum 5 business days), your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days via the payment method you used for your order. In total, it may therefore take up to 10 days for the amount to be back in your account.

Important
Always keep the shipping receipt and track & trace code of your return shipment until it has been fully processed. Last Bucks is not responsible for return shipments that do not reach us.
